   This program is equivalent to four hours of classroom instruction.  Tools needed for completing this program are pen and a note pad.  You are encouraged to take ample notes as there will be an exam at the end of the program.  Once you enter the exam section of this program, you will not be able to return to the instruction portion of the lesson.  You will be awarded a certificate upon completion of the program.
